Footnote

Her lithe lissome figure
had flashed as a whip
and stirred all my senses ablaze.

But one little turn and gone -
as a footnote in eye's varied page.

Stranded,
I pondered on a fact
that few of our sages have taught:
depending on angles of sight
a footnote is greater than a tome.

Robert,
It's nice to see that you still check my blog.I dont post as I used to because I lack inspiration. I dont want to repeat myself. Nor do I want to post just for the sake of it. I dont feel happy with my own creations.hence the silence.
